it Works
Basically, when you are
not available to take your calls, transfer them to us
We answer calls professionally
on your behalf, using your company name
When convenient
to you, call us to collect your messages during business hours
Urgent messages
can be forwarded to you immediately
- You can
divert calls to Catch-A-Call, whenever you know you will be away from your
phone.
- If you
don’t need to use the service permanently just give a quick call to let
us know that you are transferring, whenever you need to. At the same
time we can give you a number for you to divert your calls to, which will
be a line exclusive to your business for the duration of the diversion
- If your
occupation involves an appointment diary, for a minimal charge we can manage
it for you! Leaving you time to attend to your clients without disturbance.
With the comfort of knowing you are not missing prospective customers
- There
is no contract to sign
- The charge
for the adhoc Catch-A-Call service is a fixed rate for the day, regardless
of how many times you divert during that day
- Charges
are only incurred on the days you divert to us. There is no charge for any
day that you do not divert your calls
- The Out
of Hours only Voice Mailbox service which, should you wish to use it, is provided
between 5.30pm and 9am or part thereof and can be accessed for messages
remotely at any time. This is another £1 for any day that you
choose to use the service
- If you
divert on a monthly basis, payment is required in advance with any refunds
shown on the following invoice
- There
will be a small start up fee of £20
- You will
receive an invoice at the beginning of each month, itemising the days and
types of services that have been used in the previous month
- All invoices
to be paid within 7 days of the tax point
- Should there be a constant large
amount of calls taken, we would call you to discuss a further small charge
for the extra service. (This really only applies to companies who use our
service permanently and who have a very busy phone line). Please be
reassured that there will not be any extra charges raised without prior
discussion with you.
